Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and responsible NYSC Corps Member to support our team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, proactive, organized, and able to work effectively with others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
• Assist with documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
• Support daily office activities and coordination.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other relevant documents.
• Assist with communication and follow-up with staff, clients, or candidates.
• Participate in assigned projects and team activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member.
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
