Job SummaryDovichi Labs Ltd is seeking a proactive and empathetic Career Support Officer to deliver tailored career development programs for individuals overseas. Based remotely, this role will empower clients to identify career goals, refine professional skills, and navigate the job market, thereby enhancing their employability. The role will primarily require you to make job applications for foreign professionals and meet daily set targets. Key ResponsibilitiesMake job applications for foreign professionals.Provide one‑to‑one coaching on resume writing, cover letters, and LinkedIn optimisation.Facilitate interview preparation workshops, mock sessions, and feedback.Maintain a database of industry trends, job openings, and networking opportunities.Track client progress, collect outcome metrics, and report insights to senior management.Develop and update learning resources, webinars, and self‑assessments for broad audience use.Ensure adherence to privacy and data‑protection standards in all client interactions.Required QualificationsTechnical SkillsVery good with typing and using a computer or laptop (Must).Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the capacity to build rapport and trust.Excellent written and verbal communication, inclusive of clear, actionable guidance.High level of empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.Self‑directed, with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.Secondary Skills and CompetenciesCareer assessment techniques and tools.Resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn optimisation.Interview coaching and stakeholder communication.Data tracking and KPI reporting.Virtual facilitation and digital content creation.Cultural competency and bias‑free communication.Project management and multi‑tasking under remote conditions.Working ConditionsFully remote, based in Nigeria; flexible hours to accommodate client schedules across time zones.Occasional travel may be required for face‑to‑face workshops, partner events, or professional development conferences.BenefitsCompetitive monthly salary of NGN 130,000+.
