Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Officer in Oyo State.
- You will be crucial in building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
- Your expertise in developing and maintaining relationships will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
- You will work closely with diverse clients, understanding their unique needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
- By proactively engaging with our valued clients, you will solidify your position as a trusted advisor and become an integral part of their success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt product delivery to clients.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on sales activities and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales work experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
