Job Summary
- The Sales Representative is responsible for driving the sales of electronic products, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent product knowledge and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote and sell the company's range of electronic products to customers.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and end customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Ensure product availability and proper merchandising at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports accurately and on time.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, promotional activities, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales of electronics or consumer electronics sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the consumer electronics market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
