Minimum of 24 years of relevant experience in oil & gas surveying, marine operations, cargo inspection, or petroleum product handling. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in vessel tracking, cargo measurement, loading and discharge operations, Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfers, petroleum product reconciliation, and preparation of survey reports. Knowledge of HSE, marine safety procedures, and petroleum measurement standards is required. Experience working with vessel crews, terminals, and other industry stakeholders will be an added advantage.
