Sales Executive

Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales and business growth across Jos and surrounding markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, promoting the company's product portfolio, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to promote products and generate sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and follow up on orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in food ingredients, FMCG, manufacturing, bakery products, or related B2B industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to conduct frequent field visits and develop new accounts.
• Must be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
