Job Summary
- Bervidson Group is looking for passionate, smart, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing retail team as Retail Sales Associates.
- If you are energetic, well-presented, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
- The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and supporting the daily operations of the boutique/store.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, sales confidence, and the ability to create memorable customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service:
- Welcome and assist customers professionally
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Drive sales and achieve individual sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently
Store Operations:
- Maintain excellent product presentation and store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support merchandising and promotional activities
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards
Team Support:
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Participate in training and product knowledge sessions
- Contribute positively to the store culture and performance
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart appearance and professional grooming
- Customer-focused with strong selling ability
- Energetic, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work flexible retail hours
Added Advantage:
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry, or lifestyle brands
- Knowledge of customer relationship management and social selling.
Salary
- N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
