Job Summary
- We are seeking highly motivated and analyticalSales Merchandiserto join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing and implementing merchandising strategies, and collaborating with sales teams to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective collaboration and execution of merchandising plans.
- Implement merchandising strategies and guidelines provided by the company to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Ensure proper placement, positioning, and presentation of products in retail stores, including shelf displays, point-of-sale materials, and promotional materials.
- Regularly assess product availability, stock levels, and merchandising compliance.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and increase sales through creative merchandising displays and promotions.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and selling points to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Monitor and analyze market and industry trends, recommending adjustments to merchandising strategies as necessary. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and product launches to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
