Project Coordinator

Job Summary
- The Project Coordinator supports project planning, execution, and completion by coordinating schedules, resources, documentation, and communication among stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and timelines.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
- Organize meetings and document meeting minutes.
- Track project budgets and expenditures.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Prepare project reports and status updates.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and company policies.
- Assist the Project Manager in achieving project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–15 years of project coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).
Salary
N350,000 - N600,000 per month.
