The role ensures a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for staff, visitors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas regularly.
- Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage after use.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with basic errands or support tasks when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and time management skills.
