Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Planning and Strategy:

• Develop operational plans aligned with company goals
• Set performance targets and timelines
• Design efficient workflows and processes.

Managing Daily Operations:

• Oversee production, services, or business activities
• Ensure smooth functioning of all departments
• Monitor operational performance and resolve issues quickly.

Resource Management:

• Allocate resources such as staff, equipment, and budget
• Ensure optimal use of materials and manpower
• Manage inventory and supply chain operations.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and guide employees and department heads
• Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Motivate staff to improve productivity and morale.

Quality Control:

• Ensure products/services meet quality standards
• Implement quality assurance procedures
• Address customer complaints and improve service delivery.

Financial Oversight:

• Prepare and manage budgets
• Monitor costs and reduce waste
• Analyze financial reports to improve profitability.

Process Improvement:

• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Use data and KPIs to optimize operations
• Introduce new technologies or systems where needed.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies
• Maintain safety standards in the workplace
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Communication and Coordination:

• Coordinate between departments (HR, finance, marketing, etc.)
• Report to senior management on operational performance
• Ensure clear internal communication.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Ensure timely delivery of products/services
• Improve customer experience
• Handle escalations and feedback.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 6 years experience.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
