Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patients' health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Record and maintain accurate patient medical records.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical nursing

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.NSc) or a recognized nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing license / registration with the relevant nursing regulatory authority.
• Strong knowledge of patient care, nursing procedures, and clinical practices.
• Ability to assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic health record systems.
• Previous clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility is an added advantage.
