  • Develop production schedules and timelines to meet customer demands and company objectives.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor production processes to identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
  • Allocate resources including manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to optimize production output.
  • Work closely with procurement to maintain adequate inventory levels while minimizing excess stock and waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among production staff.
  • Implement quality control measures to uphold product quality and consistency.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards, conducting regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any issues or non-conformities in the production process.
  • Lead and supervise production teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development among production staff.
  • Monitor production costs and expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization without compromising quality or efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
