Account Acquisition Agent

Job Summary

• We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to serve as Account Acquisition Agents at designated restaurant locations.
• The successful candidates will engage restaurant patrons, promote the bank’s account products, and assist interested customers with opening accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage restaurant patrons and introduce them to the bank’s account offerings.
• Assist customers with the account opening process and ensure accurate submission of required information.
• Achieve agreed daily and monthly account acquisition targets.
• Provide accurate information on the bank’s products and services.
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with restaurant patrons and staff.
• Ensure all account opening activities comply with the bank’s requirements and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and persuasive approach.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Previous sales, marketing, customer service, or banking experience is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work from assigned restaurant locations.

Salary
N70,000 monthly and commission on opened accounts.
