Installation Operations Intern (NYSC)

Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on scheduled, ongoing, pending, and completed installations to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team Lead, engineers, and other relevant teams to coordinate installation activities and ensure smooth workflows.
- Obtain regular updates from engineers and field personnel on installation progress, outstanding tasks, and expected completion timelines.
- Identify and promptly escalate installation delays, operational challenges, and unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor for timely resolution.
- Work with the Customer Experience team to provide timely installation updates, communicate schedule changes where required, and follow up on installation-related customer concerns.
- Follow up with relevant teams to confirm that the necessary materials, information, and other requirements are in place before scheduled installations.
- Maintain accurate installation trackers and records, documenting progress, delays, rescheduled installations, and completion status.
- Prepare regular installation status reports and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely resolution and completion.
Salary
N70,000 / month.
