Modern Trade / Sales Officer (Beauty Brand)

Salary: ₦250,000 Monthly + N100,000 KPI Bonus + Commission
On behalf of 9beautie.com, we are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Officer to promote and sell our beauty products, build strong customer relationships, and expand our distributor network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers, retailers, wholesalers, beauty stores, salons, supermarkets, and distributors.
- Recruit new distributors and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
- Present and promote the company’s cosmetics products confidently to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Meet assigned sales and distributor acquisition targets.
- Conduct market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer contacts, and distributor accounts.
- Provide regular updates on market feedback, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, FMCG, or retail sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in approaching and speaking with different types of customers.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and recruit distributors.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of the Lagos cosmetics and beauty market is an advantage.
