Summary
- We are looking for a Site IT Officer to provide on-site IT support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to users on-site.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Support IT infrastructure, systems, and equipment.
- Escalate complex technical issues where necessary.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets and support activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
