Job Summary
- Our client is seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager - TILES to lead the sales team to new heights.
- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
Qualification / Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, Master's is a plus
- 5 -10 years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have experience as a sales manager in the Tiles industry
- Must have persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to drive new business by signing up new clients.
Skills:
- Experience in attracting new dealers
- Experience in managing existing and new dealers
- Experience in meeting sales target of 50 million and above
- Experience in the TILES, GROUT, ADHESIVE BUSILING MATERIAL INDUSTRIES and FMCG very key
- Confidence , good oral and written communication skills with strong presence
- Strong dealership sales network across two or more states
- Good communication skill
- Knowledge of Nigeria building market products
- Product knowledge & competitor information
- Sales reporting & forecasting
- Negotiation & persuasion skill
- Ability to understand & communicate product details effectively.
