Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and team performance.
- Ensure product quality and standards are consistently met.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and other departments.
- Drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Fashion, Textile Management, or a related field).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or quality control role (fashion/garment industry is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
Salary Range
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
