Live Streaming Operations Specialist

We are hiring a Live Streaming Operations Specialist in Lagos to plan, execute, and optimize live commerce sessions. This role is responsible for livestream scheduling, scripts, host coordination, audience interaction, conversion follow-up, and post-live performance review.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily and weekly livestream schedules, themes, product lineup, scripts, and promotional mechanics.
- Coordinate hosts, assistants, content team, supply chain, customer service, and sales follow-up teams.
- Manage live room flow, audience interaction, product explanation rhythm, offers, and lead capture.
- Track trial sessions and official livestream performance, including viewers, comments, leads, orders, and conversion.
- Conduct post-live reviews and propose improvements for scripts, products, pricing, host performance, and audience engagement.
- Ensure all livestream claims, promotions, and product information are accurate and compliant with company standards.
Requirements
- Experience in live commerce, social commerce, digital sales, event operations, or social media operations.
- Strong execution ability and confidence managing live sessions under time pressure.
- Good understanding of Nigerian customers, online shopping behavior, and social selling.
- Able to analyze livestream data and convert findings into practical improvements.
- Strong communication skills in English; local language ability is a plus.
- Flexible with working hours when livestream schedules require evening or weekend support.
Daily KPIs
- Trial and official livestream sessions completed.
- Viewer count, engagement, leads, and conversion data.
- Post-live review completion and improvement progress.
- Follow-up progress on livestream leads.
