Head of Maintenance
a Premier, High-performing Manufacturing Polypropylene Woven Sack Packaging Organization
Key Responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance operations for heavy industrial plant machinery.
- Minimize plant downtime across the polypropylene extrusion, circular loom weaving, and automated finishing sections.
- Lead, mentor, and deploy technical teams to quickly troubleshoot complex mechanical faults and electrical system breakdowns.
- Manage the inventory of critical engineering spares, optimize maintenance budgets, and enforce strict factory safety protocols during engineering interventions.
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of hands-on experience driving preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance operations for heavy industrial plant machinery.
General Requirements & Compliance:
- Industry Experience: Prior experience within a fast-moving manufacturing, polymer processing, or polypropylene woven sack packaging environment will be a distinct advantage.
