We are seeking a highly responsible and emotionally intelligent Personal Driver to ensure safe, comfortable daily commuting between Magboro and various locations within Lagos. The ideal candidate is a calm, kind-hearted professional with excellent mastery of manual transmission vehicles and a deep understanding of Lagos traffic dynamics.
Primary Route: Magboro to/from Inner Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently navigate daily routes between Magboro and Lagos, using GPS and local knowledge to avoid heavy traffic delays on the expressway and inner-city roads.
- Expertly drive, operate, and maintain a manual transmission vehicle without causing unnecessary wear and tear.
- Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle (checking oil, water, tires, and brakes) to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
- Keep the vehicle meticulously clean, both inside and out.
- Maintain a peaceful, quiet, and professional atmosphere within the vehicle, anticipating the employer's needs.
- Run occasional errands, manage tolls, and assist with loading or unloading items when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Extensive, proven experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Deep familiarity with the Lagos road network, specifically the Magboro axis, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, and major routes into the Island and Mainland.
- A valid driver’s license and a spotless driving record.
- Ability to pass background and reference checks.
