Dredge Operator / Engineer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dredge Operator / Engineer to operate, monitor, and maintain dredging equipment while ensuring safe and efficient dredging operations.
- The ideal candidate will support project execution, equipment performance, and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor dredging equipment and machinery
- Ensure smooth and efficient dredging operations
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Diagnose and report mechanical or operational faults
- Monitor dredging activities and ensure project targets are met
- Ensure compliance with HSE and environmental regulations
- Maintain operational logs and technical reports
- Coordinate with site teams and project supervisors
Requirements
- HND/ B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in dredging or marine operations
- Strong knowledge of dredging equipment and maintenance
- Ability to work in offshore/on-site environments
- Good understanding of HSE procedures and standards
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
