Quality Assurance and Food Safety Officer (HSE / QA / QC Staff)

Job Summary
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring food safety, quality assurance, product integrity, and regulatory compliance throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor critical control points under HACCP programs.
- Conduct product, environmental, and hygiene inspections.
- Manage quality records, audits, and corrective actions.
- Support ISO 22000, GMP, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate laboratory testing and verification activities.
Qualifications
- BSc / HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Veterinary Public Health, or related field.
- HACCP certification required.
- 3–5 years' experience in food processing or meat processing quality systems.
