Job Specification: We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dental Clinical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a registered Dentist with a passion for patient care, education, and promoting oral health. As a Dental Clinical Specialist, you will play a key role in providing clinical support and training to key dental professionals, practices, and institutions, as well as promoting the adoption of our dental products and solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to dental professionals on the proper use and benefits of our dental products and equipment.
  2. Provide clinical support and guidance to dental offices on best practices for patient care to dental professionals.
  3. Collaborate with sales representatives to support customer engagements and product installations.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, dental associations, and dental schools.
  5. Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in dental care.
  6. Assist in the development of educational materials, presentations, and clinical case studies.
  7. Attend and represent the company at dental conferences, trade shows, and events.
  8. Provide feedback to product development teams based on clinical experiences and customer insights.
  9. Assist in resolving technical issues, troubleshooting product usage, and addressing customer concerns.
  10. Conduct product evaluations and trials in dental offices to gather feedback and drive adoption.
Requirements: 1 Degree in Dental Medicine or Surgery from an accredited Institution Valid dental license 2. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in a dental office setting. 3. Good knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, and procedures. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences. 5. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in using dental software and technology for patient management and treatment planning. 7. Willingness to travel to dental offices and events as needed. 8. Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach to care. 9. Ability to adapt to changing environments and deliver high-quality service under pressure. 10. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of dentistry.
