Job title : Partnership Executive

Role Purpose.

Identify, engage, and convert institutional partners and move opportunities through the pipeline within approved limits.

The executive will identify partnership opportunities, present Ezine Learning’s value proposition to institutional decision-makers, support partnership negotiations, and ensure successful implementation of agreed programs.

The role also includes recruiting, developing, and managing teams of Campus and Organizational Representatives. The Partnership Executive will set performance targets, provide coaching and operational support, monitor results, and ensure representatives contribute effectively to user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Job Description

Partnership Development

• Identify schools, companies, associations, nonprofit organizations, professional groups, and other institutions that may benefit from partnering with Ezine Learning.
• Research prospective partners and identify relevant decision-makers and institutional needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with school administrators, organizational leaders, human resources teams, learning and development departments, and other stakeholders.
• Arrange and deliver meetings, presentations, platform demonstrations, and partnership discussions.
• Clearly communicate Ezine Learning’s services, benefits, partnership opportunities, and value proposition.
• Coordinate the onboarding and activation of new institutional partners.
• Serve as a primary relationship contact for assigned partners and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly.
• Representative Team Development and Management
• Recruit qualified Campus and Organizational Representatives within assigned territories or institutions.
• Train representatives on Ezine Learning’s services, benefits, registration processes, brand standards, and engagement methods.
• Coach, motivate, and support representatives to achieve their performance goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, reviews, and performance discussions.
• Support representatives in guiding users through registration, onboarding, and initial platform use.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration, marketing, education, communications, management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong business-development, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising, coordinating, or developing individuals or teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with institutional leaders and decision-makers.
• Strong planning, organization, follow-up, and reporting skills.
• Ability to set targets, monitor results, and address performance gaps.
• Ability to understand institutional needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Proficiency in digital communication, presentation, and productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines.
• Access to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet connection.
