Content Creator

Job Summary

• The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and publishing engaging content that promotes the company's properties, services, and brand across multiple digital platforms.
• The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to produce high-quality visual and written content that drives engagement, generates leads, and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for the company's social media platforms.
• Produce high-quality property tour videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Capture on-site photos and videos of properties, project progress, and company events.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, blog articles, and marketing copy.
• Develop educational and lifestyle content that attracts prospective property buyers and investors.

Social Media Management:

• Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement where required.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.

Marketing & Brand Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to promote available properties and new project launches.
• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Support the planning and coverage of open houses, inspections, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Video Production & Editing:

• Film and edit professional property walkthroughs.
• Produce short-form videos optimized for social media platforms.
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, and branding elements to videos.
• Maintain an organized library of digital media assets.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track content performance using social media analytics.
• Prepare simple monthly reports highlighting engagement, reach, and lead generation.
• Recommend improvements based on performance insights.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of quality content pieces produced weekly.
• Growth in social media followers and engagement.
• Video views and reach.
• Number of qualified leads generated through digital content.
• Consistency in content publishing.
• Timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Brand consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Digital Media, English, or any related discipline.
• Serving NYSC Corps Members are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with an excellent portfolio are welcome.
• Previous experience in content creation or social media management is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• Excellent photography and videography skills.
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or related tools.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
