- A Bachelor's degree in Zoology, Biology, or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of experience in captive wildlife management. They must possess strong operational, financial, and team leadership skills
- Degrees: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Zoology, Biology, Animal Science, or Veterinary Medicine with 5 or more years of experience caring for exotic species in accredited facilities.
- Leadership & Management: A minimum of 2 -3 years in a supervisory role (such as Zoo Curator or Operations Manager), overseeing staff, budgets, and public exhibits.
