Marketing Associate (Remote)

Summary
- You will help us stay visible and trusted among people who are planning a career move into tech.
- You will create and publish content, support campaigns for each cohort, and work closely with sales to turn attention into registrations.
- This is a hands-on role for someone who writes well, understands social media and enjoys seeing results.
Responsibilities
- Plan and publish content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other channels on a consistent calendar.
- Write copy for ads, emails, WhatsApp broadcasts, landing pages, blog posts, and ads campaign (meta and google)
- Support campaigns for each flagship cycle, AI CERTs cohort, webinar.
- Track performance (reach, leads, cost per lead and registrations) and report weekly.
- Work with the sales team to follow up leads and improve messaging.
- Monitor competitors and trends in tech education.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media management.
- Strong writing skills and an eye for clear, engaging messaging.
- Working knowledge of social platforms and basic analytics.
- Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet and a laptop.
Nice to have:
- Experience marketing courses, training or other education products.
- Experience with email marketing tools, paid social ads or SEO.
- Understanding of the Nigerian tech or education market.
- Interest in AI and data careers.
