Novel Alliance for Development Aid _NADA
Novel Alliance for Development Aid (NADA) invites qualified and reputable companies, businesses, and service providers to register as vendors for the supply of goods and provision of services to the organization.
The purpose of this exercise is to establish a database of qualified vendors who may be invited to participate in future procurement opportunities in accordance with NADA’s procurement procedures and applicable donor requirements.
VENDOR REGISTRATION CATEGORIES
- Category A: Supply of Office Stationery, Consumables & Equipment
- Category B: Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Equipment, Software & Support Services
- Category C: Printing, Publishing & Branding Services
- Category D: Vehicle Hire, Transportation & Logistics Services; Vehicle & Generator Maintenance/Repair Services; Fuel Supply (Petrol, Diesel & Gas)
- Category E: Hotel, Accommodation, Conference & Event Management Services; Catering & Refreshment Services.
- Category F: Construction, Rehabilitation & Facility Maintenance Services
- Category G: Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) Supplies & Services, Supply of Non-Food Items (NFIs),Dignity kits, vocational skills training materials
- Category H: Medical, Health & Pharmaceutical Supplies
- Category I: Security Services & Equipment
- Category J: Training, Consultancy & Capacity-Building Services
- Category K: Financial & Courier/Freight Services
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- CAC Certificate/Business Registration Certificate.
- Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN), where applicable.
- Company/Business Profile.
- Evidence of relevant experience or previous similar services.
- Business address and valid contact details.
- Bank account details.
- Relevant licences/certifications, where applicable.
NADA reserves the right to request additional information or verify documents submitted by applicants.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registered suppliers may be invited to participate in future procurement opportunities.
Applications will be reviewed and assessed based on the vendor’s legal and registration status, relevant experience, technical and operational capacity, ability to deliver quality goods/services, reliability, and compliance with NADA requirements.
Only vendors that meet NADA’s minimum requirements will be included in the approved vendor database.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Registration does not constitute a contract or guarantee of future business with NADA. Registered vendors may subsequently be invited to participate in competitive procurement processes for specific goods or services.
NADA reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to verify information provided by applicants.
Applications received after the closing date may not be considered.
