Description
- We are seeking a result-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to support our automobile sales operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, developing marketing strategies, expanding our customer base, and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote vehicles and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage vehicle display, test drives, and sales presentations to potential buyers.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Convert leads and close deals effectively.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and roadshows to promote brand awareness.
- Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to improve product offerings and services.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication, persuasive, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
