Job Overview
- We are seeking a high-performing Head of Sales and Business Development to drive aggressive revenue growth and market expansion for a fast-growing fashion and retail organization.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building high-performing teams, expanding distribution channels, and driving revenue performance across multiple sales segments.
- This role requires a results-driven sales leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Ultimately, you will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a scalable sales organization capable of supporting business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and penetrate new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics across the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Develop sales forecasting models and revenue growth plans.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations for major deals and partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to strengthen sales execution.
- Implement sales systems and processes that support scalable growth.
- Drive expansion into new territories and retail channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced business qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue targets.
- Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Experience within retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors is preferred.
Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 Net Monthly plus Performance Bonus
