Job Summary
- We are currently seeking a smart, organized, and experienced HR Manager for immediate employment.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, supervising staff activities, supporting HR functions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization.
- The candidate must possess strong leadership, people-management, and organizational skills, especially within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily administrative and operational activities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and workplace coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate office administration and facility management
- Prepare reports, schedules, and operational updates
- Assist management in staff welfare, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution
- Ensure effective communication between management and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Proven experience in HR and Administration
- Good knowledge of HR processes and administrative operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage.
