- We are seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage key client relationships, drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and promote technology and cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Promote cybersecurity solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations.
- Manage sales pipelines and follow up on leads and opportunities.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Monitor account performance and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Exceed monthly, quarterly and annually target
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
- Experience in IT, technology, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and closing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities effectively.
