About the Role
- We are seeking a Procurement Officer to support sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchasing activities.
- The role is ideal for early‑career professionals looking to build experience in procurement and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for goods and services
- Prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to confirm pricing and delivery timelines
- Track orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases
- Support cost comparisons and basic price analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 1 - 3 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and documentation
- Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
