Christoffel Blinden Mission (CBM) International is soliciting a consultant to conduct an end-line evaluation assessment of the overall performance and outcomes of the Northeast Transition to Development Programme (NETTDEP) being implemented by CBM Nigeria in partnership with COCIN Molai, GREENCODE, GECHAAN and TCDI and funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) from October 2022 to September 2026.
