Territory Sales Manager
Lumos Nigeria (4 Openings)
Responsibilities
- Drive sales target towards achieving business objectives/KPIs for the territory
- Handle key partners' and customers' complaints.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s trade policiesTrack partner's performances and conduct monthly reconciliation
- Adhere to monthly journey plan of partners' visitation and engagement
- Increase business opportunities through opening of new channels, manage partners to achieve targets, and grow sales portfolio within assigned territory
- Analyse and review partners' performance against agreed KPIs.
- Organize activities that will lead to more acquisition and repayment.
Personal Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years experience.
- Knowledge of field sales and Market Intelligence
- Sales experience on sticky products
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Speak local language
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
