Skylight Towers Homes & Properties Limited, a growing real estate company specialising in land sales and property investment, is seeking a creative, result-driven and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive land sales.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social media platforms.
- Set up and optimise Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertisements.
- Develop effective strategies to attract prospective land buyers.
- Monitor advertising performance, lead quality and campaign return on investment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert enquiries into actual property sales.
- Analyse campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and strategies for increasing revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven digital marketing experience.
- Practical experience running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
- Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
- Ability to generate quality leads within an agreed advertising budget.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be creative, proactive and target-driven.
