- We are seeking an experienced Shortlet Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shortlet properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximum occupancy.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations and guest relations.
- Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Monitor property maintenance and housekeeping.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Optimize property listings across booking platforms.
- Prepare occupancy and performance reports.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in shortlet or hospitality management.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Experience using Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
