IT Manager (Hardware, Enterprise Applications & Facility Management)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware assets, and network systems
- Oversee enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and systems administration
- Ensure system security, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
- Support office IT operations and facility technology management
- Manage access controls, endpoints, and cybersecurity protocols
- Coordinate IT procurement, vendor management, and technical support operations
- Support implementation of enterprise productivity, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, operational standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years experiencein IT infrastructure and enterprise systems management
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud infrastructure,Zoho Suiteand ERP systems
- Experience within fintech, banking, payments, or technology environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and IT operations
- Experience managing hybrid work environments and multiple operational projects
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certifications in relevant IT or project management fields are an added advantage.
