Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure food is well-cooked, presented, and served on time.
- Assist in food preparation, cutting, and portioning of ingredients.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Wash and store kitchen utensils properly.
- Assist the Chef in menu preparation and new recipe development.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.
Requirement
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
