Job Summary: The Lead Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities within Nigeria. This role involves managing a team of Territory Managers across multiple locations, developing strategic sales plans, maintaining strong relationships with dental professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development to the sales team.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, adjusting strategies as needed to meet and exceed targets.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular client visits to promote products, gather feedback, and provide training.

- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and sales activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with product management to communicate customer needs and feedback for product development.
- Liaise with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
