After-Sales Driver

Job Summary

• Responsible for transportation and delivery of after-sales goods, including spare parts, finished products, used machines, and other items.
• Strictly comply with traffic regulations and company vehicle management rules to ensure safe and punctual delivery.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintenance, and cleaning to keep vehicles in good condition.
• Cooperate with loading/unloading personnel for shipment and receipt handovers, assist in handling on-site emergencies, and ensure efficient after-sales logistics operations.

Job Responsibilities
Transportation Execution:

• Follow dispatch instructions to safely transport spare parts, complete units, and returned machines.
• Plan optimal delivery routes to avoid congestion, ensure timeliness, and reduce transportation costs.
• Verify cargo manifests, ensure consistency between documents and goods, and obtain proper signed receipts.
• Ensure vehicles are parked securely at designated locations during off-duty hours.

Vehicle Management:

• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and log vehicle conditions.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major repair needs promptly.
• Manage vehicle licenses, insurance, and related paperwork to ensure validity and compliance.

Safety & Compliance:

• Strictly adhere to traffic laws; prohibit speeding, overloading, fatigue driving, and drunk driving.
• Participate in company-provided safe-driving training sessions to enhance safety awareness.
• Safeguard transported goods against loss, rain damage, or breakage.

Job Authorities:
Operation Authority:

• Refuse to load goods that violate safety regulations or exceed weight limits.
• Suggest suspending operations if significant vehicle safety hazards are identified.
• Suggestion Authority
• Provide reasonable suggestions for optimizing delivery routes and dispatch plans.
• Provide feedback and suggestions regarding vehicle maintenance and replacement.

Working Conditions:

• Work Location: Nigeria service centers, warehouses, and customer locations.
• Work Environment: Outdoor work required; exposure to high temperatures, dust, and challenging road conditions; requires prolonged driving.
• Labor Protection: Company uniform required; equipped with onboard fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, and other safety facilities.
• Occupational Health: Risks include back/neck strain, eye fatigue, and traffic accidents.

Job Requirements

• Education and Major: Junior high school diploma or above; major not restricted.
• Experience: Valid Nigerian driver's license (Class C or above) with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Familiarity with local road conditions; truck-driving experience or veteran military drivers preferred.
• No record of major traffic accidents, DUI, or drug-related driving offenses.

Skills:

• Proficient driving skills with basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Basic ability to count goods and identify shipping documents.
• Basic communication skills in English or local languages.
• Strong safety awareness, positive service attitude, and resilience under pressure.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 / month.
